PCSX2 - Widescreen Game Patches

hi to everyone,
I have problem for widescreen patch.

I use pcsx2 1.4.0,

System-> Enable cheats: on, GS Window-> Aspect Ratio: Widescreen (16:9)

my test game metal slug 6 ntsc j_ but Does not see the patch program?

Pls ,where i making a mistake,

Each game has an ID called a CRC. The CRC must be correct, so it's possible your version has an alternate CRC. Rename the CRC of the patch to your .iso. You can find the CRC in the log.

If anyone wants to make my day, then try a proper render fix for Silent Hill 2, or attempt those black bar fixes and FMV fixes listed on the requests.

Who did the widescreen patch for Lemans 24h?

I am trying to hex edit the Dreamcast version, but for the lord of god I am not able to find the correct value, some insight would be appreciated.

and result will be so bad like in shenmue render fix?

I had some free time this weekend and checked out two games:

Psi-Ops The Mindgate Conspiracy - has native 16:9 support
The Thing - doesn't have native 16:9 support. It is stretched, though it is not very noticeable at first. However, door shape look more like a square, than a rectangle.

NTSC is different from PAL. So it took long time.
