Works. But title is incorrect. This code does not turn off the timer, but stops decreasing of it. Since the time on the timer increases (but does not decrease) if, for example, to pass the checkpoint.

1) take away the picked up contraband from them (and to them from you and your allies),
2) destroy each other,
3) reduce the cost of containers using collisions about obstacles.

With this one all cars respond to shocks (parts fly off, contrabands is taken away and damaged), but their health does not decrease. Therefore at the end of the round everyone will ride on immortal trash.
