Game : Forbidden Siren 2
Game ID : SCES 53851
Region : Europe
Tested on : Specs are in my Signature.
Fps : 50fps
Status : Playable
Pcsx2 Version : Pcsx2 Svn 5755 (The game will show sps if tested on any build below this) Pcsx2 Settings : Mtvu is on and Everthing else at default.
DirectX 11 Hardware Mode
Native Resolution
Texture Filtering is on
8x MSAA
Spu2 X is at default.
Notes : The game will show Vertical Black lines if any custom resolution is used. Right now only Native resolution is the fix.
Otherwise the game plays perfect and no more annoying SPS which have haunted this game for a long time (+1 to Ref for the fix). Full speed on my rig at any resolution.
Edit : Images resized to help Pcsx2 Server load (Bositman Done!)

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (PAL)
Status: Playable
Playing the game on a meagre AMD A8 3500M 1.5 Ghz, 8 GB RAM and AMD Radeon HD 6740G2 (6650M + 6620G dual graphics 1 GB), Windows 7 64 bit. Runs at playable speeds (I think ranging from 70% to 100% speed) most of the time with speedhacks, and setting SPU2-X audio mixing mode to "Async mix" makes the audio work perfectly at full speed all the time (so far without causing issues!), so the random fps drops now and then aren't an issue. Who's to say you can't run this game on a weaker PC If I ran the game on native resolution it might run even better than it does.
Minor graphics issues with fonts probably due to upscaling, and obvious lack of post processing glitches due to Gsdx hardware mode, nothing major imo though, most of the time you only really notice the black spots on jungle terrain.

Okami!
Latest PCSX2 SVN, 1.1.0-r5782, default setings apart from enabled speedhack 'MTVU (Multi-Threaded microVU1)'. I don't really need more speedhacks but they might be possible without breaking things.
GSdx32 GPU plugin, using Direct3D11 (Hardware), 4x Native scaling, 8-bit textures, texture filtering, FXAA shader enabled (which will toggle the use of shader.fx)
Asmodean's PCSX2Fx (custom shader.fx with FXAA, curves, sharpening, etc. Place next to emulator .exe, toggle with Page Up)
Cycle 'F7' ingame to get the displayed CRT effect. Works only with hardware rendering.
nemesis2000's widescreen hack. Aspect ratio to 16:9 in emulator options, tab GS Window.
It's cool to use F9 to do a live switch to software rendering, which shows how the game's intended to run (no rendering beyond native res though :/).
Running 60fps using Intel Core i7 4770K @ 4,3GHz, 16GB DDR1600 and a nVidia GeForce 670GTX OC.
