@shadelv

What you do is map 2 keys to the same 1 button

This button is the circle button for the NTSC-U version of the game.

You map one key to have a light sensitivity which you are safe setting to 0.5
The other key should have a heavy sensitivity which you should set to 1.0

To do this go into lilypad and then press the circle button. Then press the key you want to represent one of the two presses.
Then there is a slider in the low-mid right section of the plugin that lets you adjust sensitivity. You don't need to check any boxes, just slide the dial to .5, the default is 1.

Then click on circle again and press the key you want to represent the other of the two presses. Keep the slider at 1 (or change it to .5 if you made the first one 1).

Now set all other keys as you normally would. Then play the game! Use these buttons when you're at the place with the dragon doors.

Thank you for your step-by-step explanation.
Unfortunately it does not work, I already tried it as I said in a previous post.
I even retried to configure carefully, following what you said, just in case.
It seems like if I set sensitivity to less than 1.0, it will not work.

And about joypads, I think mine do manage sensitivity because with the left stick I can make the character run or walk by pushing the stick all the way or only a bit.
Or does it have nothing to do with sensitivity ?

Im stuck on this part also, if the key is set to anything below 1.0 sensitivity it the emu doesnt even recognize it, ive tried with a gamepad and keyboard, even the mouse, nothing seems to work except the HARD press.

I suppose you're going to have no choice but to bind the circle button to one of the right analog stick directions.

If you're using a Dual Shock 3 controller/PS3 controller then you can get the latest version of lilypad and pressure sensitivity works with that controller.

Im using a Logitch Dual Action one, but even with setting the sensitivity to .5 it is the same as 1.0 and anything under .499 isnt even recognized. I did try to set it to the Axis of R-Analog since it isnt really used and still a no go. im at a loss =/

Hmm ive kept tweaking the sensitivity but i still cant get it to work, no matter what i set it to, as long as its .5 or higher its the same as a *Hard* Press for the song purpose, and anything under .499 is still not recognized. Is there a way to tweak it somewhere else or something? I even tried the other pad plugin but it doesnt have a sensitivity section on it.

Hmm ill give the 0.544 setting a try and see if it works

*EDIT* Tried 0.544 and it still considers it a HARD press =/
