I tried MSVC but I got error: "A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine."

dxsetupweb doesn't reinstall due to already lastest version of DX.

Ok, lets try Dependency walker
Run it and drag and drop usbqemu-wheel_d.dll onto it.
Should look like this

Duh, debug vc++ runtime is missing Laugh
Drop these in PCSX2 folder, maybe it works then https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/235773/msvcd.zip
Then run dump.bat and pcsx2 again.

Ok. Your plugin w/ debug worked. No crash with error message. Smile But I got error "The program can't start... MSVCP100D.dll" despite put 2 files MSVC-D in "c:\...\pcsx2" and "c:\windows\system32" folders and while starting game (GT3).

I sent file (dump-mini). Wink

Ok. I tried launcher GT3 but I got still crash with error message after check "enable logging".

I got crash w/o error message while starting game, "dump.bat" running.

Can you upload somewhere the full "dump.bat" dumps? Maybe try with older pcsx2 v1.1.0 too
You can disable logging, it doesn't log much anyway. Most logging is done in debug build only Tongue

Edit edit: The last dump crash i have had myself with PCSX2 svn builds. Not sure what is causing it yet.
