yo guys, newbie here.. can my PC work best for PCSX2 1.0? Wanna play Final Fantasy X and X-2...

pop your PS2 DVD in and give it a try.
My guess is both should run fine except FFX-2 FMVs since they are super demanding, and your PC is on the slow side.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

eh? "super demanding"? what if i add more RAM, DDR2 2GB PC-6400 x 4 (=DDR2 8GB PC-6400) or any advice?

google is your friend. keep in mind you can literally fry your CPU if you do smething wrong, though.

Just don't mess with voltage unless you really know what you are doing. Other than that, it's not that risky. (but not completely without risk). Also, watch the heat. Coretemp, HWINFO, Speedfan, use one of those to monitor your temperature if you overclock.
