Turbo boost only activates within a certain temperature threshold so it shouldn't overheat and even if the temps somehow go high the cpu will downclock itself to dissipate the heat

use speedhacks. Using a capture program will also slow things down considerably

I've tried most everything and I can't help but get severe lag when using the emulator. Here are my specs:
