Sorry if the question was already asked. Now that you can't use plugins in PCSX 2 there's no way to play light-gun shooters with mouse as a lightgun? (like with nuvee plugin earlier)

I have a computer with Core 2 Quad Q9300, 5GB Ram DDR2, Realtek HD7770 1GB Vram.
Can the emulator run relatively smoothly on such a computer?
