XInput Wrapper for DS3 and Play.com USB Dual DS2 Controller
Hey, I have a small/huge problem.
To get into the details, I can't get my DS3 to work in USB mode(I have both Sixaxis and DualShock 3, happens on both), only in Bluetooth. Also, when it's running in Bluetooth mode and I plug it in by USB, the gamepad hangs and I can't use it anymore. Need to hold the PS button to turn it off completely, then I can enable Bluetooth mode once again.
Already tried without Bluetooth, taken out the Dongle, only USB, doesn't work as well. It only flashes all the LED's and doesn't do anything. Re-installed, tried installing without gamepads connected, administrator modes, pretty much everything that a normal IT would do before asking for help Wink
I've added screenshots to show how it looks like. Everything installs nicely, works perfectly in Bluetooth mode (aside from some lags sometimes which can be fatal in racing games) however without being able to load it it is quite a bummer.
Not to mention, USB would be more preferable for some ranking matches etc. where you can't risk any lag or information input de-sync from the Bluetooth side.

Running on Windows 8 (modded to look like Windows 7)

If there's any more information I have to provide, then no problem, I'll be more than glad.

Thanks for the reply. Searching the internet I found the following information regarding the control models.

CECHZC2U = USA
CECHZC2H = Hong Kong
CECHZC2E = UK
CECHZC2J = Japan
CW after the model number means the controller is Ceramic White

As additional data.
When using MotioninJoy version 070000, the command runs smoothly either by usb or bluetooth.

That's interesting, apparently they are made for different markets so it brings up other questions. Do both of them work on the same PS3? Seems like if they made them for different markets, they would only work with the PS3 made for that market. There must be a difference in the BT signal they are transmitting and the DS3 wrapper is designed to only accept the signal from a USA controller. Just my take on it anyway.

Ok, now that's just plain weird.. That's the exact opposite problem that everyone else has. You say it's works in BT mode (Most of wish we has that issue..) but not in USB. And from the log it looks like the USB driver is loading and the BT driver is not.. Color me completely stumped on that one.. Huh

It doesn't load, because in that particular one I disconnected the Dongle. As I said, Bluetooth works perfectly for me, so I only showed installation screen with just the USB (even though Bluetooth was ticked, forgot about to untick it in this particular one).
And well, everyone whenever I am and whatever I do always say I'm strange, so it seems this is true even with my problems xD

That one is already in the list. Check page one.
I have just recently installed this as I'm pretty sure MotionInJoy was giving me viruses or something along the line. Either way, it was a bad program. BUT it worked perfectly.

I've installed this, and everything works perfectly and it's very nice. However, it seems to lag or pause or hang in games sometimes.

For instance, I'll be playing Skyrim and turn and then my character just keeps turning for a bit. Or it won't recognize an input from a normal button, or keep doing what I was previously doing with the joystick.

I'm using a DS3, playing over bluetooth. Everything worked fine in MotionInJoy. Any idea what could be causing this, or how to fix it?
@cmgarlan: I had the same problem, its fixed with the update - just grab the .138 update from the first post Smile

best regards,

First of all, I would like to that Scarlet.Crush for all his work he has done for this. I have 3 official DS3 controllers and 2 of them connect perfectly but my 3rd wont connect and the monitor doesn't pick it up at all. Following a different thread I have the Scp.Driver.log and ScpService.log I will upload.

EDIT: It wont let me upload them here, what file service do you guys use? I would also like to point out that motioninjoy does pick up the controller on a different pc.
