Well...
I just ***** myself. I had my USB cable plugged in to chajrge my controller, almost tripped on it and literally ripped the USB socket out of my Motherboard...god dammit. And to top that off, the Bluetooth Dongle, which was in another freaking USB slot, next to it, now doesn't work! Even though right after this happened, it was still bliking away.
Now it does nothing, restarting, uninstalling, trying different slots, nada.
What would be a good new Bluetooth Dongle to get? I got mine two years ago, new standards and all, maybe even PS4 compatible?

I registered to post this, there seems to be a problem with Win 7 installing default drivers.
After plugging in the controller following a PC restart, all 4 leds on the controller will blink continuously and then shut off, and if you notice Windows install PS3 controller drivers on top of DS3 Wrapper's. This breaks the functionality of the controller but can be fixed by uninstalling DS3 wrapper with the scpdriver.exe and then reinstalling using the force install check box.
I need a way to prevent windows from installing over the driver. It's a minor issue that can be fixed, but I would like a permanent fix!

Probably a stupid question, but...how does one go about turning off the controller when using it wirelessly?

@thering, just don't use it for a few minutes and it'll turn off. Alternatively you can set the idle time by running scpmonitor and right clicking the icon in the tray and click configure.

Sorry if this has been answered already but I've been using a DS4 controller with this. It works perfectly fine with no lag! However, the controller's LED is bright red... Is there any way to change that? The DS4 usually has a white light signifying it's ok and connected properly.

Thanks for a great product.
I have used this driver successfully in the past. Bluetooth seemed to work pretty good, as far as i can remember. However, since then i have had a HDD chrash and needed to reinstall Win7 after getting a new hard drive.
However this time i'm having some problems playing over BTH. It works mostly fine, but every five minutes or so, the controller becomes non-responsive for a couple of seconds. After that, it starts to work again. Does this seem familiar to anyone?
All my hardware and software should be the same as last time. My dongle is an Asus USB-BT211 v2.1 + EDR.
