OH MY GOD!
I fixed it by myself.
what i did :
In device manager under "microsoft common controller for windows class"
just uninstalled "xbox 360 controller for windows"
windows tried to install it again, something with about 3mb size downloaded.
And installed automatically.
now It detects my controller !!
I think i installed scp using zdiag on this controller before, what a shame to me !!

Now the bad thing is bluetooth.
There is no vibration in bth , and it has delays as hell Sad

Yeah a lot of people have that issue. Unfortunately I have no real advice since I only use my DS3 wired. The vibration issue you probably won't fix(what are you trying to use vibration with?)

All I can say for the delay is make sure nothing around can interfere like e.g. other bluetooth device, fluorescent lighting, microwave, etc.

Probably not. In fact the front panel is likely better(unless you have another wireless something right by it).

We have wifi and nothing else.
Now a days no one uses bt for file sharing...

Maybe one of the guys more knowledgeable about the bluetooth stuff will be able to help you later then. I've literally NEVER used bluetooth in my life (lol), aside from actually on PS3 with DS3 which just works.
