Better use pnach instead of your codebreaker DVD. It'll work better.

You can at least try out the latest build, and if that doesn't work isolate the last supportive version - it might give the coders something to go on (if they're up for it).

1.4.0 worked fine for me with castlevania CoD.
Latest Git worked even better with OGL renderer

You are using the latest stable version, not the dev builds which are v1.5.
You should re watch your video to see the version that you are using.

Try disabling the Auto Eject option from the codebreaker settings and try again.
Edit:And btw,pcsx2 works fine but the infinite jump code is probably broken because that code is the only thing that prevent you from moving
