help me configure the emulator

hello

I just converted a game that i love to iso to play on computer, dot hack gu, but i don't know how to configure the pcsx2.

Three Problems I get:

1) Map in game looks glitchy, but i have seen people run the game and the map displays just fine. pic attached

2) The Cursor when moves around the menu it looks like it ghost, pic attached.

3) Randomly the the image of the game just gets big for 1split second for no reason.

how can i fix those problems ?

My pc specs are

Cpu i7 4790
16gb ram ddr3
Gtx760
using windows 7 64bits

- software mode +3 extra rendering thread
- nvidia hack
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

If I pick D9D software the maps looks nice but the game quality drops.
and in software mode it doesn't let me use the nvidia hack.

these were separate solutions.

Try Software mode or Try hardware mode with nvidia hack.

I guess 1) and 2) can only be solved by software mode. Problem 3) will be probably solved by nvidia hack. To get something better than what jesalvein suggested will be hard..

You can try to play with gsdx hardware hacks or clamping = Full + Preserve Sign but I guess this won't help.

you could try using dx9 (hardware mode) if, dx11(hardware mode) causes some issues and the viceversa. they, tend to solve more bugs or glitches.

I also am wondering, if I used a older version of pcsx2, might do any difference?

Older versions aren't supported anymore. Best to use 1.2.1
