Dis you habe a look at Saiki's guide in his sig ?

yes like 2 days ago it didn't do anything but its weird that my pc isn't powerful enough to run some games at least at a healthy 45-50 fps i i got a 3,2 ghz and 4gb i think that's enough

As you said, YOU think it´s enough.
Most of the time, we recommend a quad core around 3-3.5 ghz.
You just lack one core, i guess.

You're cpu isn't very fast. An ultra book cpu will beat it without much issue

well then i should give up because i can't stand slow games and i don't want to spend 180 bucks just for having save states,AA,and cheats without gameshark ill just stick with my ps2 thanks everybody for the help Smile if anyone still has some ideas just post and ill try them

Did u try changing to directX11?
Cuz 9 was giving me bugs and slowdowns.
Also try and disable the speedhacks that have bars till 3.
And try superVu THAT gave me some +fps Smile

He has a dx11 card and should use GSdx's dx11 path. A dx9 update won't help in any way.
