well i got it solved by asking vsub and at the same time using the patch finder (sorry if that dissapoints you , maybe the code i was trying to use wasn't for the game after all )

also some of my decrypted codes started with 2 and i didnt change them, but they worked.weird.

I did convert them. And I did what was suggested but nothing worked. Once it reduced my fol to 0 and that was it. But it didnt even stick either. My fol kept going back to its original state.

did you make sure that "Misc->Enable Patches" was checked

Yep of course it crashes the emulator.
