how can i overclock my cpu and what is needed?i dont know much about hardware.

it really depends on your pc , on a pc with the latest gizmo , i doubt you will have vista crashing

get nvidia tools from their site (it's in the other downloads section UNDER drivers (as in down the page)

i heard it needs liquid coolers or the hardware will take fire.is this real?

I gotta say my Vista runs very stable as well. It never crashes actually. But pre SP1 it was bad, agreed..

Overclocking is something only people with pc hardware knowledge should do.
You could try one of the step by step guides, but I still advise against it..

I haven't had any issues, and I use standard cooling

either I'm really unlucky, or other users are really lucky, but it has caused me alot of problems.

edit: preinstalled with SP1 btw
