Rama, im advising on an issue frequent to GTX 580's of late.

1.025 is within the stock vid range (1.0000 V - 1.0625 V) and is usually auto negotiated by the gpu itself.
However of late some parts have come out which fail to negotiate a stable voltage by themselves and results in unstable Dx10/11, hence Asus and MSI (of note) have released updated bios's which defaults the min vid to 1.0250 and on overclocked parts, a max vid of 1.0830)

keeping to 1.025 which is the new nvidia advisory for overclocked parts is completely safe.

argh_sli seems to have seen the issue across a number of sites, im sure if i tightened the search query further i could get more.

the issue seems related to the non reference parts using slightly cheaper components.
need update bios vidéo card ^^
thats a possibility. but give 1.025 to 1.033 a try, its well within the chips safe zone.
I do not know how to increase the voltage and I would prefer not to touch it if its cause little damage to my video card
it won't cause any damage as long as you remain within the limits. 1.033 is well under the max vid of 1.0625.

and its covered by warranty as long as you keep it under the user limit. but otherwise the only thing left is to organise an RMA with gainward.
What is an RMA? Sorry if the question may be stupid ... XD
Return to manufacturer authorisation.

basically you contact gainward, tell them the part is fubarred and they send you a code so you can send it directly to them for repairs or replacement.

or you could just take it back to the store you got it from, but you run the risk of the entire batch the store has of being affected....
