Well, your GPU is a good chunk weaker than mine,(GTX 650 scores 1829 average, my card scored
4859 with it's OC).
I would expect you to top out at around 4x.
If you are topping out at 2x, that's weird.
I probably had some setting messed up because I can go beyond that now.
Zone of the Enders is pretty GPU intensive. I wonder why no one mention it yet. FYI, all Hideo Kojima's games are GPU intensive
Rogue Galaxy is very GPU demanding.
