Hey there, I just downloaded everything and all is working fine, but I am having a real lag issue in my PCSX2. I am running Mac OS X Mavericks (Ver 10.9.2) and I've seen a few guide that helps speed up the game but I can't seem to access my Video Plugins. It keeps on crashing whenever I press Configure, saying that there is a serious problem. When I choose any from the GSdx 5334 family, the configuration opens fine, but whenever I open the configuration for GSdx 0 (SSE2, SSE3, SSE4 and AVX), it crashes and gives me this report:

Quote:Unhandled exception: 0xc06d007f in 32-bit code (0x7b82c9b2).

You're using an old version. Try the new one and see how it goes.
Ok guys, after a lot of tweaking, game ripping and waiting, I've FINALLY gotten The Simpsons: Hit and Run working. Which was difficult, because it was quite scratched, and I had trouble getting it to read so I could rip the game. But I pulled it off. I used turbo[TAB] when I was having difficulties getting it to work, and I made the FPS limit 108% for a bit of a boost. And I have some screenies, too! Here we go!

The loading screen after creating a new game:

Classic.

If you wait long enough at the Press Start screen, a video showing off the game appears, a screenie of a tiny bit of Level 7(The last level, on Hallowe'en)

The amount of video games with "Press Start" at the beginning is uncountable. This is yet another one.

That's all for now, folks! I'm using the 1.0 version, simply because I want to use a more tested version(and to make sure I don't ruin the forum with "I've got a problem" posts). I might rip my FIFA 14 PS2 disk and see how that works. It'd look really good, considering it focuses all graphical elements on the football, it'd look similar to an early PS3 FIFA with pcsx2.

EDIT: The pictures were too big, made them right size
I got the latest version and it worked, although there is still a bit of lag during a few part of the game. Thanks MacUser!

Change the GSDX settings from Direct3D9 (hardware) to Direct3D9 (software).

You should see a slight speedup and less glitches.
I am having trouble with step four on the tutorial. When I try to run the msxml3 thing it opens up the web browser and I download the thing. After that I am truly lost on what to do, the site to download it says to find the file and install it but which one is the installer? I am confused by all this suff. As you can see I am fairly new to all this and would appreciate a little more detail on step four?
Hello, I'm having trouble with this too. I've followed the installation steps correctly and set up everything but when I try to start MegaMan X7 or X8, the emulator instantly crashes with no error message. I am on OS X Mavericks 10.9.4. Tell me if I need to give more info for you to help me out.

How did you get passed step 4? I don't have the answer to your question but I would like to know how.
Please hold tight for now.

This download and the steps to follow are outdated and don't work.

ConsoleEmu is in the middle of creating a new beta which works much better, and will work straight away with minimum setup.

If you want to try the beta (with no setup instructions) you can download from his homepage.

It's probably better just to wait a few days for him to finish though.

Ok, thanks for telling me. Could you notify me when he releases it?
