proccesor: intel pentium 4 cpu 3.00ghz
memory: 510mb ram
name: radeon 9600 pro family.

It's impossible to get decent speeds with this one.

hmm i actually meant to save the image as png or jpg , but it's still ok

and yea that game is Kingdom Hearts 1 not 2 xP, what settings you have for pcsx2 (should've asked that from the start too )

well he/she actually said that he could get it up to 50fps , but i could possibly (that doesn't mean i will be able to) give some better settings

actualy i'm a he and another thing in the begining of the game i get perfect fps (60) but when i play is when it lags

set the "Denormals Are Zero" checkbox, and you didn't include Config->Speed Hacks , but try setting EE Cycle Rate to x2 and the 2 checkboxes at the top-right

also you could download the pcsx2 beta 1059 and set the 2 new speedhacks that it has (VU Cycle Steal to Moderate or Large, and Idle Loop) http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html
