PS2Lunch 1.1 released.

Bug fixed and added some features from 1.0 to 1.1.
Design changes, Auto create profiles from ISO files, etc.

PS2CatalogueMakeUS.exe file? It's not on your site, and it'd be nice since it'd save me from having to punch in all my info by hand haha
