my desktop
amd fx 6350 six core 3.9 ghz overclock 4.2 ghz 8mb cache processor amd r9 280x 3gb 384 bit 1000 mhz graphics card 1 tb harddisk 8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram windows 7 64 bit its 5x or 6x native work fast every game ?

The passmark stp score of that CPU at stock speeds is 1483 so I'm guessing if you only overclocked it 300MHz it wouldn't be too much higher than that. If your STP is somewhere around 1500 you won't even be able to run all games at native in full speed.

4.6ghz on that chip will yield about 1730 for stp. That should run 95% of ps2 games at full speed

single threaded performance. We can get a decent idea of how well your PC can run pcsx2 by going off of this list.
1700+ is good for most games

So there you go keskinkadir99, you need to squeeze more clocks out of your CPU and you should be good to go for most games.

Will I be able to play Shaolin Monks and Ratchet & Clank?

Shaolin monks will be slow.
Ratchet & clank will be unplayable.
