Fixing unplayable games

Patches for following games to fix low fps and choppy gameplay:-

Yanya Cabalista - City Skater [SLUS 20278] (U)
Primal [SCES 51135] (E)
Primal [SCUS 97142] (U)
Ghosthunter [SCES 51463] (E)
Ghosthunter [SLUS 20993] (U)

My little testing suggests these patches shouldn't create additional problems but comprehensive testing is still required.

Maybe that can be ported to 24 The Game? I see that same company was involved in development. Having patch that not require m-bit would be nice.

Few weeks ago I ported over PSI's True Crime Streets of LA patch fix to PAL. One PAL version (SLES-51753) of the game used the same address as NTSC U but the other PAL version (SLES-51754) needed a different address.

SLES 51754 = 6B9AEA0D
SLES-51753 = C96245F4

Big Thanks prafull, ive tested your patches and it work well in software mode, i spend little time and made same patch for Russian version of the Primal, based on your code with new right addresses, credit you as original author in patch, again very big thanks, loved game.
