on master or the crc level branch ?
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Currently nothing is committed on master. I don't know, if I will include this hack in my CRC level management actually. From one hand it seems to fix some effects, from the other hand without any correct depth handling it just draw random data. You can only conclude that sometimes random draw call is better than no draw call Tongue2

From a programmers perspective, random draw call is better, from a user perspective, not so much Tongue

Please test opengl/dx shader on this branch https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/pull/582

I'm dreaming that it will work on openGL Tongue2

There seems to be a bug with one of the latest changes of GSDX(about loading the changes on the settings while ingame)
If you pause the emulation and then restore it,you'll get a colored screen covering the whole screen and after the next update(go to another screen),you'll see that some text is missing.

As far as i can tell proving i tested that right, this does not fix the shader in opengl. * i saved GSDX.FX you changed and used that in the last gitbuild*

So there appears to be a new bug in GSdx (in the latest build: 151fe43); in Spy Hunter as soon as the first intro FMV plays PCSX2 crashes. The last output on the log says: "Frame buffer size set to 1024 x 819 (1024 x 819)". This only happens in hardware mode when I select native resolution (In both OpenGl and DirectX).

Although it seems the FMV issue is fixed in the game now (the right side of the FMV used to be cut off).

Last build it worked on v1.3.1-442-g6f4ec98.

I'm guessing this is related to snowblind fixes?

@tsunami2311,
Is the shader still working on Dx?

Great.

The crash could be a memory issue. Try in native mode.
