Cool!
I want to make a macro where if i hold a button and swipe up on the touchpad, i switch to my desktop profile. If i hold that same button and swipe Down, i switch back to the previouse profile that was used. Is this possible?

hi. thanks for a great tool!
i had a problem: keyboard keys binded on left stick does not function. problem dont exist when creating new profile. so, after comparing two profiles i found that some settings make keyboard mapping not function on sticks, here they are: axis tuning -> left / right stick -> sensitivity!=100, curve!=0, deadzone!=0.
there are small imperfections in emulating mouse with sticks: mouse is moving discretly (in 8 directions) when speed is low/medium; mouse is moving diagonaly in responce to left tilt if angle offset setting is not 0; mouse is not moving by small amount of stick tilt when curve setting is high - same effect as increasing deadzone. the cause of this effects is coordinates rounding. think it can be fixed easily

The mouse drift is simply due to tye fact that the pots do not center themselves perfectly, thus the need for some deadzone. not mich i can do about that.

Switching profiles using the Controller it self? Are you gonna add ui buttons for switching profiles in the macro/key mapping menues?

Yup, I haven't gotten 1.5 caught up with 1.4 as far as some of the ui options, but the back end code is still the same as far as macros go, and 1.14 had profile switching

Ok. Do you know how long it is until we'll be able to switch profiles using the Controller in 1.5 (without having to edit files manually)?

I've always had problems with stick movement in all controllers except the now discontinued Logitech Dual Action using the Profiler software. Now that Logitech has tried to make their controller more '360'-like, the sticks have lost the control that they once had in DInput and the angles don't have much range if you play in a certain style.

I play with Legacy movement in FPS games where I have mouse left/right as well as W and S for forward/back on the Left stick. Somethings happening where when I have them both on the left stick, the W and S keys start to become unresponsive and 'pause' the player and eventually stop working with nothing but mouse movement left. I think the guy a few post back has the same problem.

I also wanted to add that this is the closest I've come to being able to use a console controller on an FPS with this software here. I've always used a PC controller, but since they don't make the type I use anymore, I'm trying to have an alternative with this DS4 pad I just purchased. *Padder program acts funny with the sticks and can't get the stick angles at 100% range, but I believe this program does that. I just need to find out how well if the keyboard keys W/S and the mouse X-axis can exist on the same Left stick without the W/S keys stopping after a few seconds of movement.

Edit: it was u-rick's post on the page before this one.
