(Set interlacing to "None" in graphics settings.)
A good try, but after an entrance when you cancel/finish a match and get back to the main menu, the game starts shaking again. It is almost congruent with Bob tff and without interlacing code. I think that this game will always shake at some point. This game is a tough challenge. On the other hand, all these WWE games absolutely need some kind of interlacing code for all regions.

Bob tff works great in the actual match but on cutscenes/entrances it makes the screen shake like crazy. If there was just a code that would use bob bff unless you got ingame (no cut scene/entrance) where it could force bob tff...
Or if there was some kind of preference setting for auto mode to prioritize bob tff higher? Just don't want to need to switch manually... :/

Had the time to try it now, thanks for your help, it works! I messed up when trying it the first time and put it in a folder that was not used by the emulator... The biggest problem that I have is that I use reshade and the depth buffer is aligned on all interlacing modes except None so if I want to use depth effects which is why I use reshade then I can not use this code unless I can manually set the offset for the depth buffer some way...

Deus Ex: The Conspiracy and Spy Fiction would be much appreciated.
EDIT: Actually, I just tested both of those games in PCSX2 and neither exhibit any screen shake to begin when interlacing is set to none, so there is no need for a patch.
Just curious though, why would that be the case? Neither of these games support progressive scan as far as I'm aware.
