Just a simple question, for anyone with assembly knowledge (either nemesis2000, pelvisthrustman or whoever)

I kinda want to learn mips assembly on my own (as I'm not satisfied with just cheat engine) and was just wondering if this would be a good site to start?
http://chortle.ccsu.edu/AssemblyTutorial/index.html

And if not, could anyone provide my with any good sites or tutorials? Thanks in advance.

I would just like to know, what would knowing MIPS Assembly do for you? How would knowing MIPS Assembly help with the creation of Widescreen Patches and Aspect Ratio corrections on 2D Elements such as text, HUDs, etc...? I know that MIPS Assembly is what the PS2 developers used to code their games, but I don't understand how it would help to correct the values. I've heard other people say this before and thought about attempting to learn MIPS myself, but from what I can gather, Assembly is one of the lowest level languages and, therefore, one of the hardest languages to learn.

Sorry that I can't answer your question, but I would like to know the answer to this.

Thanks in advance.

The only good tutorial is PS2SDK, but all links on it are illegal, so you must use Google to find it.

Havent all GTAs already WS mode? Is this better?

Yes, it has, but it's a "skewed" one. I added nemesis screenshots in my post, so you can see the changes. Better IMO.
