I have a solution for you, Devina. I made a shader mod for RE1 and RE0 on September that seemingly few people cared about   .

You can make use of a bug that the bloom hotkey I made has. Using F4 removes some bloom, but as a side effect it removes part of the inventory interface, AAAAAND the cutscene black bars. Apart from that, you can remove the grain filter, fog and black crush color filter. All with F1 to F4 hotkeys.

I checked again the game Shadow the Hedgehog for patch it with PS2 Patch Engine and definitely the patch not works well
with this method in the PS2, is needed use the RAW codes.

I improved the pnach patch with better accurate widescreen, and i fixed the font for both patches, the pnach and the ps2rd:

Can someone convert these files so they can be applicable to NTSC version of game? I know I begged for PAL version.. But yesterday I discovered a method from ps2wide.net to patch the game to run in 480p.. But it only works perfectly with the NTSC version :/
