All games are different.
This is the font fix for Kingdom Hearts 2:
patch=1,EE,2037ae44,word,3F400000 // 3F800000
patch=1,EE,2037ae48,word,3F400000 // 3F800000
patch=1,EE,2037ae4c,word,3F400000 // 3F800000
This is the font fix for Persona 4:
patch=1,EE,002732b4,word,00118903
patch=1,EE,002732b8,word,02338818
patch=1,EE,002732c0,word,8E93001c
patch=1,EE,00273368,word,82970003
patch=1,EE,0027343c,word,24130015
patch=1,EE,00275dbc,word,2415000c
patch=1,EE,00275dd4,word,3c0241a8
patch=1,EE,00275e00,word,01154018
patch=1,EE,00275e04,word,00084103
patch=1,EE,00275e08,word,0100a82d
As you can see, for KH2, it's just a simple master of running Widescreen Helper and changing 1 to .75 until you find all the font fixes (super easy). For Persona 4, it's pretty much impossible without knowledge of assembly.

Alright, thanks for the info. I'll need to check out Widescreen helper, see if i can't make some more font fixes and hud fixes for games, I'm sure that most the games out have them if it would be easy to make, But can't hurt to try

Seemed fine for me when I tested it. Archive updated, and I also ported the code to NTSC-U Persona 4.

Devina, Could you port the patch Asmodean just made for P3 FES to ntsc-u? If you don't have the game to test it i'll be more than happy to test it once i am home

Tested them for about 2ish hours before upping it. Had no occurrence of the issue.

It already has a progressive scan patch, although the newer one is a lot shorter. I don't know what difference it'd make. But yeah, I can try later.
Also, all the 60fps hack does is turn 50hz to 60hz in PAL games, right? It doesn't magically turn a game locked at 30fps to 60fps, eh?

Not those values, no, so far as I'm aware at least. The idea is similar, I would imagine. I think I remember it caused EE sync issues though.
It also (if GSdx is reporting correctly) enables/forces Progressive Scan, which is higher quality than interlaced scanning. It also promotes smoother motion.
It would be more noticeable on an actual PS2 (PCSX2 at high IR, or custom scaling makes it less noticeable), or at least if you keep the scaling at multiples of native. It should remove the need for deinterlacing on games that require it, if you can force progressive on that said game.
