Does anyone can help to do a widescreen patch for Super Dragonball Z USA version?

Added to requests, updated main post so it reflects a up-to-date status of all the widescreen patches.
does a Patch for Wild Arms alter code F exist
and if one does not can I request it along with an FMV fix aswell Its for the NTSC US version
