PCSX2 - Widescreen Game Patches

In Cheat Engine or Widescreen Helper, find 3F800000, replace it with 3F400000 in a scene with dialogue (use and reload from a savestate if you must). If the font squishes horizontally at any time, then you know you found the right address. However, since this is the Japanese version we're talking about, I have no idea if the font fix will still work.

Haha, we talked about this before on Twitch (keep it secret though!) while the team was testing you-know-what. Tongue
It hasn't been found yet. It must be a "zoom" function that only is active during cutscenes and not gameplay.
Nemesis could try, along with a font hack for KH1. (if you're reading this Nemesis, go for it~!)

Yur, mostly didn't know what to look for, and I would assume so since there's a font fix for Final Mix+, unless that one was intended for the english patch...

Not sure if it works for all levels, but it's worth checking out.

Still getting TLB Miss errors all over the place during load screens

I hope Nemesis reads this too since that would really help our project Happy

It's "playable" but random freezes occur and the console gets spammed with "*PCSX2*: DMA error: 1e4cccc0
Vif1: Unknown VifCmd! [3f]" messages.

I'm starting to suspect it might be your .iso...

Might be worth deleting the .iso and ripping it again.
Also, what loading screen? I could load the first level (the ice one) as well as the night vision goggle one, and it seemed to work fine. Although if you don't press start fast enough in the main menu, the game seems to lock up.

@ElHecht:
To avoid confusion, you should state (in the pnach) that your 16:10-support is false (that is stretched), don't ya think?

@devina40:
Can you tell me if "night level" in the SC4 pnach you posted refers to the night-sight google-mode or what,
and can you tell me the original value for the address (20F0C26C).
Also, any comment about my FF2-pnach (since you haven't included it in the ws-pack)?
