I can provide the proof - emulator screenshots later. (pnach file in proper place, 16:9 mode enabled in window stettings and "enable widescreen patches" option also checked)
So please test the patch file again (bushido quest mode and other) Sad , If you can not believe it.

In The Fast and the Furious did not find widescreen option.... but will exclude these two requests

Here is a port of Sims 2 patch for European version (SLES_537.18)

patch=1,EE,003db168,word,3c013fe3 //3c013faa fov

Dolphin's built-in widescreen hack doesn't contain a render fix sadly, and I don't know how to port this code over from PAL to NTSC-U.

You need to set the PS2 system to 16:9 through the main menu

Yes, the cutscenes which have movement needs a patch, the part of the cutscenes which are static runs in widescreen,
this is why i not noticed it.
I encountered the value which puts this cutscenes in widescreen, and also another value which removes
the black boxes of the texts in the cutscenes, optional.
