On these forums there are:

* 788 pages for Widescreen patches
* 158 pages for 60 FPS patches.
* 134 pages for PSOne WS patches
* 104 pages for No Interlace patches
* Probably even more pages of game cheats somewhere

It would be really time-intensive to go to each page and download individual files.

Is there a central repository with a compilation of all the patches?

It's a little dated, but this is an archive of most of the PS2 widescreen patches on this forum;

ARCHIVE DOWNLOAD
Last update: January 13, 2021
Please note I usually update the archive once every few months with the newest and updated patches.
The archive will always be more updated than the latest PCSX2 builds.

For the cheats, it might be easiest to download something like an Action Replay Max ISO and run it like you would a regular Action Replay Max. Saferoms has a pretty good guide on it if you don't know how to do it.

There's also a Github repository called "pcsx2 patches" which I think includes 60FPS patches and maybe other stuff, but I haven't used it personally, so I can't attest to it's validity. I'm sure there are other repositories out there for the rest of the stuff you listed, but these are the only ones I know of.

An archive is included with pcsx2,
Thanks for trying, but it's useless in this case

Ah, my bad. I mainly use this forum for real hardware patching, so I wasn't aware of this.

But If someone knows how to remove black bars in cutscenes, I would also be grateful.

the request is cancelled, the patch from the European version SLES 55003 is suitable.

Hi i have activated all patches in my Global & game settings and all other settings to 16:9 Widescreen CRC CE4933D0 & Serial SCUS-97199 is correct yet when i play this game it seems to display in a Stretched 4:3 in a 16:9 ratio, like the patch is not being applied, other patches for widescreen seem fine, any ideas on how to fix this ?

This issue is not on your end. The patch was disabled due to it causing issues (Was never notified about this). I have a new patch in the works that I will be posting on an external website (due to a reason that will not be made public). Unfortunately, it will take me some time get to this posted due to needing to work on other patches and me being a bit under the weather lately. The new patch will also have an exclusive addtion to it that the others don't have currently, which will hopefully make it worth the wait.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the patch and ask that you please bear with me for the time being.
