Since alot of people are playing those on smartphones, and since none of the emulators I know do anything more than 16:9, I guess providing 20:9 (or more ultra widescreen aspect ratio) codes would be a good idea.
Also the code math for the Harry Potter games by Hermione is incorrect.
4096 (1000 in Hex) divided by 0,75 is ~5461 (1555 in Hex), not 8192 (2000 in Hex) as in the codes.
Here are the corrected 16:9 codes:
Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets [NTSC-U] (SLUS-01503)
80075C6E 1555
Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone [NTSC-U] (SLUS-01415)
800710F2 1555

Crash Bash - FOV Modifier (sorta)
(NTSC-J) (SCPS_101.40)
8006AD92 ???? - 1000 is default value
(NTSC-U) (SCUS_945.70)
80068BD6 ???? - 1000 is default value
(PAL) (SCES_028.34)
8006B092 ???? - 1000 is default value
Note: it's best used with a widescreen patch. (either with widescreen patches provided here or the emulator's)
Set the value to 1000 to revert back to the original FOV.
To increase the FOV, decrease the value.

The widescreen patch for Breath of Fire 3 seems to work great for the background, but as you can see in the second picture the characters (and some objects like the metal barrel) are stretched out. Would this be possible to fix? If so, if anyone had the time, I'd love to request a 16:9 fix for this wonderful game.

Sometimes a primitive is used to display character sprites that does not support scaling. Therefore, the characters will be stretched.

An alternative solution would be creating a texture pack with 33% thinner sprites, so they would look nice after stretching them to 16:9.

I know it's a headache and I apologize for the trouble.
That's my bad for not adding them in the first place! Just updated all my posts here with the proper serials attached to each game and their revisions.
