Shin Megami Tensei (nocturne) Lucifers call pcsx2 gameshark help please? ^_^

Hi guys

I'm a complete newbie to pcsx2, I've had it for a grand total of 26 hours or something close to that ^_^ I've Installed it successfully, played it with my ps2 discs and whilst messing around found a gameshark/codebreaker/raw code option.. This interested me, so i've youtubed around 18 videos, searched through about 4 forums and landed here. I can't seem to find a video or post that's coherent enough for me to understand, being the scrub nub that i am ^_^. I was wondering if anyone could be totally boss and help me here? I'm trying to get codes to work for Shin Megami Tensei Lucifers call, but can't understand this.

Any help would be muchos muchos apreciated

I've made a new file called pcsx2 cheat file origional, I know..

Just dropped it onto my desktop. ^_^

we need to know your game CRC..

1. boot your game
2. in PCSX2 Program Log window, look for something like this:

ELF (cdrom0:\SLUS_212.62;1) Game CRC = 0x47B9B2FD, EntryPoint = 0x00100008

the game CRC is = 47B9B2FD

and yes, we certainly need PCSX2 cheat converter, just like what tallbender posted

Okay Kohaku2421 I'll just write down what I see when I run it

* PCSX2 *: ExecuteBios Complete
loadElfFile: cdrom0:\SLES_533.63;1
loadElfFile: 3334996
loadElfFile: cdrom0:\SLES_533.63;1; CRC = AE0DE7B7

Saving state to: Memory..

Think that's all you're after right? ^_^

now that you already read about PCSX2 cheat converter, I'm assuming you know how to convert your cheats...

1. In PCSX2 cheat converter, at the right box, copy everything
2. open Notepad
3. write this

gametitle="your game name here" "CRC"
comment="put something"
//"cheats name"
"paste your cheats"

4. In notepad, use Save As to save your cheats
5. use All files for file types
6. the filename should be your game CRC

Example= 47B9B2FD.pnach

Important: add .pnach at the end of filename
