If I do a test run in Wineskin, it just spins endlessly.
From console I get:

So, "SecTaskLoadEntitlements" sounds like something to do with security. OSX stopping it from running?
In case you are wondering, I already installed the update which was needed for fixing 32-bit apps.

You will see CPU clock drops so often just because I test plugins.
I also try 1.0.0(to avoid VS2013 thread issue you mentioned) but get similar result(with package and 1.2.1 plugins).
Maybe it's your GPU driver (Are you using an Hackintosh?)
Try running PCSX2 in Linux Mint if you want higher FPS. Software rendering is slow.

That's what I mentioned, I can play native Diablo 3 at OSX with Hardware Acceleration. And in PCSX2, the hardware shows in GSdx tab(X1600) is not the same as in OSX(R270), so I am wondering if there's something wrong about Wine or X11.

download Wineskin Winery, http://sourceforge.net/projects/wineskin...p/download
download the latest version of Wine (don't create a wrapper there)
close Wineskin Winery.
now, open Wineskin.app in the wrapper
Press Advanced -> Tools -> Change Engine Used

That should be added to the instructions since none of them say you should do this. (not the one on this thread, the website or the Readme.txt)
Also, that worked! Thanks for the help!

All the information needed is randomly buried in the thread. But who has the time or patience to read through 47 pages of mostly irrelevant crap to find what they need? That's why this thread needs to die and a new one with updated instructions needs to be pinned.
I was hoping ConsoleEmu would do that when he was finishing off his new beta, but he disappeared...

I downloaded Winery, updated Wine from 1.7.47 to 1.7.77, Chnaged engined to new one, rebuilt the wrapper and install dxdiag, got the same graphic card name at PCSX2(and similar fps). Then I tried to use dxdiag to check what kind of graphic card is captured by emulated windows system, but dxdiag shows only memory size of graphic card and display mode, so I don't know how PCSX2 get the device name.
I also try Winetrick, set ddr=gdi , PCSX2 gets different graphic card but only help a bit to fps(no more than 40), and the 3d effect is a bit worse.
Want to try d3d11 in PCSX2, but I can't check d3d11 in PCSX2(which I can check it in my BOOTCAMP windows) after I installed it, neither dxdiag.
