I can´t start "systemfailure....MSVCR120.dll are missing."

As it says in the first post:

These were built with VS2013 so you need the Visual C++ 2013 Redist - On this page, after you click the 'Download' link, you need vcredist_x86.exe and you do NOT need vcredist_x64.exe nor vcredist_arm.exe.

Thought It´s install. After new Windows Installation i should make a list of all must install programms. (Works Now)
