Well in that case you are lucky. I really can't seem to reach your status, no matter what settings I use.
No matter the resolution, OS, directx version, gfx, cpu, speedhacks, advanced settings, the game runs the same. It's variable in speed and FPS. Even in menus I've 30-40 FPS sometimes (lower than the 60FPS that I get other times) and the CPU refuses to go higher than 30-40% usage... I should probably move on. Too bad I wasn't born a quitter though...
Hardware: AMD X2 @ 3.2GHz / nVidia 9600GT
Software: Vista x64 / PCSX2 Beta 1059

I can't seem to get a decent fps with God of War 2 NTSC. With the first one, I managed around 60 fps most of the time. With the second one, however, I can only get around 40 fps if i'm lucky. Can someone help me out? maybe I'm missing something. Here are my specs:
Core 2 Q6600 @ 3GHz 8800GTS 512 (G92) EP35-DS3L Motherboard 4 Gigs DDR2 Vista 64 PCSX2 beta 1059 GSDX 1006 in DX10 hardware mode, native resolution (I get ghosting with any other setting), texture filtering spu2-x 1.1.0 - default setting LillyPad r892 0.9.11 Linuz Iso CDVD 0.8.0 CPU - EE rec on, VU Rec on, MTGS on, Frame limit @ 60 FPS Speed Hacks - 2x cycle rate, IOP on, WaitCycles on, IdleLoop Fast-Forward on Advanced - EE and VU rec options - Round mode chop, clamp mode normal, flush to zero checked, denormals to zero checked.

You must use GOW special modified GSDX
i5 2500k @4.7Ghz - GTX 670 OC - Ram 8Gb - Windows Seven x64
What is that " GOW special modified GSDX"? The only modification I know just removes mist and some problems with high D3D internal res.
So, you're saying there is exist GSdx which even speedups GoW2? Link please?
