I cannot thank you enough!
Genji - No shaking as for now! I have a bloom display problem with this game, but that is another story.
Bloom is not aligned properly and doubles/triples, similar to Tales of the Abyss. I guess it's because of upscaling. I've turned it off with HW Hacks by putting a check on Alpha while using Direct3D 11 (Hardware) or by setting Skipdraw Range to 2 2. In OpenGL (Hardware) it can be turned off only by Skipdraw Range 2 2. Is there some other workaround or fix for it on internal high resolutions? If this question is off topic too much I'm sorry, just ignore it.
Tales of Destiny: Director's Cut - Shaking of UI on World Map fixed! Looks perfect.
Tales of Legendia - It looks astonishing! My eyes no longer tire when looking at it! This made my eyes water from happiness! Can't wait to play it.
Tales of Legendia (Without Hack) & Tales of Legendia (With Hack)
I have the same screen shaking problem you explained on my Sega Ages Panzer Dragoon game, do you think it's possible to find a fix for this one too?
I searched the value you gave in the PS2 RAM, but couldn't find it anywhere. (or am I searching it in the right place?)
Game ID: SLPM_627.18
Default cheat file: 8D984276.pnach

I took a look at this game, but managed to disable the shaking only if I raise the fps to 30fps.
This game is 20fps by default, and speed seems to be correlated to fps, so at 30fps the game will be faster, and at 60fps even faster
If you wanna check it out like this tell me and I will post the code
i tested (on console) the mushihimesama codes out of curiosity and it looks much better, similar effect to the "dither off" codes for ps1... too bad it causes graphical glitches on 1/3 of the screen

Thanks for checking it out, it makes sense indeed.
The screen shaking itself actually got fixed in the nightly build by PSI, we found out that the game was incorrectly switching to progressive instead of staying in interlace like it should, and since the game was still sending interlaced signal while in this mode, there were no deinterlacing applied to it.
About the framerate, since the speed is related to fps, it means there is no way to have more fps without making the game go faster?
