Devina40 i converted the ELF hacks of PES games to pnaches files thanks
to pelvicthrustman ELF Search Tool, which is very ease of use for anybody.
Pnaches are for PAL Spain versions of the games, probably works with
another PAL versions changing the CRC if is needed.
Attached are the pnach files for all this PES games:

I see you found the P3F values but I'm not sure if I ever posted or even attempted to patch P4. You can read about it around these pages but personally I chose 4:3 over glitchy blink animations or jaggy portraits

Ah, alright thanks. Turning on texture filtering seems to cause the glitchy blink animation regardless of whether I patched the game or not so I just decided to stick with the low res portraits in the end.
Already in the archive.
Don't bother with Hyakki's post anymore, since a lot of the patches there are outdated.

I'm sure widescreen patches have no effect on the blinking at all, plus they're already very jaggy even in 4:3.
By the way, if you want to update any of your patches, let me know.
We have 16 NTSC-J .elf hacks that need to be converted to .pnach, and I figure you own a lot of those games, and it'd really help us out.
You could use also the Elf Search Tool to make converting quicker.
Nemesis also found some more accurate Xenosaga codes which work perfectly, so you can always use them in the NTSC-J versions.
