Comments:
Game stuck when buggy captain game about to start (stuck in black screen after the now loading screen)
Captain games that playable are captain kuro and don krieg
For minigames, the memorization game works. Haven't tried the others because stuck in captain buggy game
In US version (SLUS 21364) the buggy captain game works
For those saying why not just play the US version, it's because JP version have more boards and minigames than the US version
Bugs:
TLB Errors are shown in console. Here is the picture of the TLB error
Edit: Tried using Preload TLB Hack, different TLB error shown here
Status

I made your thread here:
https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-One-Piec...#pid588728
For the TLB Miss errors, can you try playing without loading from a savestate as well as manual gamefixes/ EE and VU Rounding/Clamping modes? Thanks

Thanks for the thread, maybe I can try it later without savestate and post the results in the new thread
Edit: My mistake from writing playable instead of ingame, edited my post about that

Before you reply here MAKE SURE your game does not already exist in the list. Note that each game region is considered a different entry, so if you have the PAL version and the list has the NTSC version, you should reply to this thread.
To check if your game exists, search the forum via the following link below, make sure to select "search titles only" and from the list below that, "public compatibility list", i suggest using the last 5 numbers for the serial number as a search phrase.
http://forums.pcsx2.net/search.php
So, for example, if your serial was "SLUS 20312" (which is Final Fantasy X), you would search for "20312", this eradicates the chance of not finding your game through spelling mistakes by us or the user.
If you cannot find your exact game name AND REGION ( (U), (E), (J) ), post a reply in this thread with the game's info.

What is needed for your entry to be valid

1)Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy
2)ELF name SLUS_21890
3)Game CRC CRC = 0x433951E7
4)Compatibility report of the game as described HERE
Intel core i7 CPU 970 @3.20 Ghz
12 GB RAM
Bios Used: USA 2.0
Seems to play fine except the screen freezes for a half second when characters from the story line come in on the story screens. Characters flash too but that could just be normally how this game plays. Nothing that detracts the game play what so ever. Everything runs great for me.
If your post lacks ANY of these 4 things above it will NOT be accepted!
1) Gran Turismo 4 Toyota Prius Trial Version (NTSC-J)

Amount of Testing Done: Completed
Comments: This is a demo game where you can only do 1 lap around Tsukuba mainly, but with Cheat Engine/ArtMoney Pro and modifying strings, you can test out other tracks like High Speed Ring, and Twin Ring Motegi. The FPS is 60 most of the time. Sounds are fine, but the BGM can stop for at least ten seconds.
Bugs: Changing into a certain track like nursnow crashes the game. Modifying any address other than 20725408 crashes the game as well.
Status: Ingame
The testing should be done without patches and savestates because it can crash things. Unless you're sure it still crashes without the patch (and you've tried EE/VU modifiers) then please modify the test report.
