After several intro videos, the game freezes after about a second on the loading screen. Background animations stop and audio freezes up on a single sound. The console shows the message:

The only problems I encountered were graphical, but they were such major graphical problems that the game is hardly playable at all
Bugs:
- Many large sections of the world's textures will be transparent at any given time
- Vertical semi-transparent bars appear on the screen. Sometimes they cover the entire screen and sometimes they only cover sections (from what I saw, the most likely cause is that the bars are visible only in sections of the screen that are not covered by shadows)
- Various weird bugs with the lighting

Practically perfect @ 60 FPS even without speedhacks. Enabling speed hacks can cause some missions to not load. Some minor artifacts and texture problems, but nothing that prevents enjoyment.
Bugs:
Menus have thin lines running through them.
Rear view mirrors appear green or dark, I assume there should be a reflection.
