Even if you don't have a Bluetooth dongle, the instructions in that first video mostly apply to you. You can skip the second video entirely.

Yes, you can still make it work but just know that while the SCP drivers are installed, the Bluetooth on your laptop will only pair with your DS3/DS4s, it won't act as a regular Bluetooth radio. So if you use Bluetooth on your laptop for anything else and don't want to keep switching between drivers, getting a Bluetooth dongle is recommended. This video should walk you through the process:

Does anyone have an issue with uninstalling the drivers?

This issue suddenly came up which tinkering around, anyways when I hit the uninstall button, it does do anything; it just says Uninstall Succeeded.

Have you tried right-clicking on ScpDriver.exe and running it as Administrator?

Yes I have

Try re-installing it and then uninstalling it again. Make sure you have the checkbox ticked for whatever you're specifically trying to uninstall.

I tried that, however I still couldn't uninstall it. After rebooting, bluetooth is uninstalled though

Well that's certainly strange. At least it was uninstalled after the reboot. I don't really know what was happening there, sorry. :-\

Strange indeed, I cant unistall the service or anything, which is a huge problem because my DS4 isnt working at all at the moment because of this.

You wouldn't happen to know another uninstallation method would you?
