Yes. This is a controller that came with the PS3. Says SONY on it in white in the front and on the top of it it says DUALSHOCK 3 and SIXAXIS in blue.

What? Please return it – I prefer having it as application rather than extra service on my system. It was very nice to have my BT active (blinking) only when I actually use it.

(On the other hand, I had no trouble of building it from sources, but having it already built would be nice and would guarantee that it won't be eventually dropped from sources too.)

@Feather: the driver is unable to read the DS3s BTH mac address (reported as 00:00:00:00:00:00 in the log), and is not responding to the Start command (would see a HIDP_Worker_Thread Starting message in the log if it did).

The only other thing noticable is that you don't have Service Pack 1 installed, is there any reason you have not updated Windows?

@Senti: ScpServer.exe was only a stop gap until the ScpService.exe was complete, and was included afterwards purely as a debugging aid.

You can set the Service to Manual if you want, and Start and Stop it as required.

@Scarlet: The XInput trigger values are the L2/R2 pressure values, right?

Other than that, I think the release candidate update on the first post should be bigger and/or with a different color. Cuz it looks easy to miss.

@KrossX: yep, L2/R2 are mapped to Left/Right Triggers. (easy mapping since they are 0-255 in both DS3 & XInput)

Updated first post, increased the font size for the Release Candidate.

@Scarlet.Crush I don't want service – I liked the way it worked with stand alone application. If you so don't want to include it in the package, at least please don't remove it from sources.

@Senti: I won't be removing it from the sources.

When i launch the scpdriver.exe i only get that "Could not find a valid configuration."

I have Service Pack 1 installed now. Is there anything I should do now?

I installed this a while back and it works great with PCXS2, however I cant get my ds3 to work with any game outside of the emulator. is there any way to do this? specifically for games that have native 360 contoller support.
