I've got an serious issue when using that driver for a long time now. I'm using an original Sony CECHZC2E controller and am running Windows 8.1 x64.

Now the issue: Whenever another computer in the same local area network boot up or shutdown/standby, the controller is lagging like hell (the actual state freezes, like running in a specified direction) for up to 10 seconds. Also, with a shorter period of duration, when other usb devices plug or unplug. It also happens to other system events, which I could not figure out by now. But these are not often.

It makes absolutely no difference, in which way tha gamepad is connected. USB cable. Wireless Bluetoth. All the same. I'm raiding Final Fantasy 14 by gamepad and using this driver and its a big shame, that I do wipe the whole party because of this issue. This evening it it happened 5 or 6 times in around 3 hours.

I'm the onliest with this type of issue?
Hi
First of all let me THANK YOU for your great work... Yours is the simplest and most reliable solution for PS3 gamepads on Windows.

I just have to ask you a favor. Can you add this BT dongle (or better, in my case integrated peripheral) to the list?

USB\VID_04CA&PID_300F&REV_0001

(in the HW info tab there is also USB\VID_04CA&PID_300F; i don't know wheter the REV_0001 os useful).
I tried manually adding it to the inf file and it appears to work, but since the modified file doesn't have a certificate I must disable drivers signature to install it. So if you make the CAT file.....
I know that there is the ZADIG workaround (and it works), but since I have to switch it several times I'd prefer having it into the driver installer so it's easier to install/remove (and i can also write a custom program to do this..).

Anyway thank you a lot for sharing your efforts! Biggrin

My DS3 controller and host address show up in SCP Monitor and the controller works, but nothing at all shows up in SCP Server

When I unplug the controller it doesn't connect to bluetooth. My BT dongle is in the supported list (although I had to use force install to install the BT driver) and shows up properly in device manager with the scarlet.crush description, like this: http://forums.pcsx2.net/attachment.php?aid=47344

I think the main problem is with the server but I'm not sure what.

I'm running windows 8.1 x64

Thanks for any help! Happy

It seems you are also running the service, stop the service first, and then the server should work. About the bluetooth, i cant help you.

The driver installation and ZADIG are two alternative ways to achieve the same thing. If your BT dongle is not recognized you will get "Host disconnected" in SCP Monitor; then through ZADIG you can get it recognized.

No matter how you got it, but if you get the host in monitor then bluetooth should work: plug your DS3 in the USB port, so the monitor can pair it (you will see some data next to the pad 1). Then simply unplug the USB cable: you should get the bluetooth connection on.

As long as your DS3 is bluetooth enabled, of course Wink
hey guys. trying to use scp ds3 . did every step and used the newest update and deleted Motion Injoy drivers.scp monitor and pc recognizes my ds3. but in game controller properties of the emulated xbox360 controller it doesnt react when i press the ds3 buttons or move the sticks and all 4 leds blink. can anyone help me Wacko

Why did it fail? I was using motionjoy before and everything worked, uninstalled it all and trying to use this now but its not letting me.

This is for my DS3.

Is there something wrong with that host ? ._.
what does "241" mean ?
I have successfully paired my PS3 controller with my windows machine and also enabled bluetooth functions, however, it strangely enough does not let me use the start/select buttons, although all other buttons/triggers/joysticks work correctly. Could anyone lend some insight?
Any help is appreciated.
