I look at them but I didn't saw anything wrong.
1.Either they are not converted correctly(from the original format to raw...but they doesn't look wrong to me)
2.Wrong to begin with
3.Maybe there is some missing part(like enabler to make sure that the addresses are changed only when it's safe)
4.PCSX2 just don't like them(the first 4 .Hack for example crash if I start the game while cheats are enabled but don't if I load my save and then enable the cheats)

well what I've been told is that u don't need the master code or enabler for the codes. I converted them from Action Replay MAX (Codejunkies site)
The codes are correct but like I said,there are codes that make pcsx2 to crash.
Try starting the game without enabling System=>Enable Cheats,load your save and then System=>Enable Cheats and then click on the scrollbar or the console window to enable them(a message will appear with how many cheats are enabled)
I tried that, but as soon I control Vincent PCSX2 crashes.
Try disabling some of them
I'm wondering which one gives the issue though. I hope it's not the inf. hp
