Licence hang "fix". 
This patch allow to set FPU and VU clamping to FULL, which is required to fix GT mode text, minor SPS, and in race texts. 
Previously to run licences changing clamping was required to avoid hang (for example licence B4). Now everything work fine without messing with clamping. 

This patch is not perfect solution as it breaks Demonstration Mode for all licences.
Note: Default PCSX2 setting for EE/FPU clamping is normal. You need to set it to full by yourself. VU change itself to correct setting by auto game fixes.

However, I made the Sasho run code by modifying the existing run speed codes. This code requires some explanation.

The short of it is, the PC version of AoD is much more broken than the PS2 version and requires quite a few mods to get running properly. A modder named Sasho discovered that Lara/Kurtis only run at 60% of their max speed, theorizing that as Lara leveled up the pair were supposed to gain more natural run speed. This of course isn't fun to play and is one of the reasons AoD feels so slow. Therefore, in his PC mod, "TRAoD Recovery Patch," he restored them to 100% speed. This patch code replicates that behavior.

Those playing Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness are recommended to emulate the PS2 PAL version due to it being the most recent build with the most bug fixes.

As far as I remember there is also a broken rendering of the sun glare effect causing a rectangular, instead of a circular shape of it. I could not find an option to disable it in the debug menu, but I have encountered a code for it somewhere, so it could be disabled as well.

Unfortunately, WRC 3 and earlier iterations have got an earlier version of the engine, thus they haven't got the same debug menu known from the fourth and fifth installment of the game. Their effects could be disabled by the trial and error in the Cheat Engine.

To be honest changing sb v1 to sb zero didn't worked for me, that why i created direct patch above. Are you sure that your skip fog patch work on v2.00?

No, I am not sure of any v2.00 code at all. I do not have an access to the v2.00 now. There are two opcodes writing to the 004A5928. First one is setting it during the launching of the game, the second one is setting during the every loading of the stage. We have to patch the second one. Or just in case of the PCSX2, it is OK to use your approach to constantly write a 0 to that address.

The v1.01 codes are working 100%! If none of the v2.00 codes are working, I will remove them from the post.

EDIT: I have updated the v2.00 codes. Now they are working too!
