FFX [EU] 16:10 Widescreen hack

For 16:10 (1680x1050) widescreen users here a little surprise

I finally managed to adjust the internal aspect ratio of FFX for 16/10 widescreens.

this patch should work with all European FFX versions.

known issues:
- Menus and 2D maps (including 3D models in 2D maps) are still distorted,
pressing F6 to switch back to 4:3 when using GSdx helps in this case lol
there is no real way to fix this because the 2D backgrounds are in fixed 4:3 512X448 px.
stretching the 3D models upside would be possible but i haven't found a option for that yet.

I've looked every patch for metal gear solid 3 subsistence [US] [SLUS_213.59] [CRC-053D2239]
through and couldnt find any .

You have to remove the // in front of each patch you want enabled, as said several times in this thread.

Yes obviously. I meant when ENABLED they don't work.
