// Disable Relocation of the Instructions by Pseudo-Random Algorithm
// [flag to Register $v0 always (constant) zero]
// [!!! ABSOLUTE MANDATORY CODE, HAS ALWAYS TO BE ENABLED !!!]
patch=1,EE,001003d0,word,64020000
you have to comment the following old Code out.
// Disable Relocation of the Instructions by Pseudo-Random Algorithm
// [flag to Register $v0 always (constant) zero]
// [!!! ABSOLUTE MANDATORY CODE, HAS ALWAYS TO BE ENABLED !!!]
patch=1,EE,00100304,word,10620033
patch=1,EE,001003D0,word,00000000
patch=1,EE,001003D4,word,10000006
Then it will look like this with the preceding // Signs:
// Disable Relocation of the Instructions by Pseudo-Random Algorithm
// [flag to Register $v0 always (constant) zero]
// [!!! ABSOLUTE MANDATORY CODE, HAS ALWAYS TO BE ENABLED !!!]
//patch=1,EE,00100304,word,10620033
//patch=1,EE,001003D0,word,00000000
//patch=1,EE,001003D4,word,10000006
Maybe you forget that ?
No I didn't. Anyway now I tried to enable cheats and do a full boot instead of loading a previously save state and cheats work.
Savestate... Gosh
Posting an emulog would have solved it directly.

I tried to add this
Code:
[Cheats\All Items]
patch=1,EE,E002E264,word,01358290
patch=1,EE,712DA3DA,word,000000CC
patch=1,EE,712DA3DC,word,00100C0C
converted from codebreaker v7 to pnach but it doesn't seem to work. Ideas?

None of the Codes you will find in the Internet will ever work with my Patch because the Patch
completely places all MIPS Assembler Instructions to a certain area in Memory which is
ALWAYS in the same area.That was not possible before my Patch was published.It was
(more or less) randomly choosen area but NEVER the same area which made use of
cheat codes absolutely impossible.That [Cheats\All Items] Code maybe worked in about
1 of 100 Users but only for one time and not in the next Game Boot.In Short: All SotC
Cheat Codes in the Internet for PS2/PCSX2 are actually wrong.
I will update these SotC Patches sometime but can't say When.
I will take into Consideration "All Items" Code too

Might need a render fix (but I can't do that).
Thanks, seems to work. Just an occasional graphical error but maybe it's the renderfix or maybe it was present in the 16:9 hack already.

I made a 21:9 patch for the game Gran Turismo 4 Japanese version, but I don’t know how to fix the second camera, instead of the camera from the hood, it turns out to be a camera from the roof of the car, it works in single races and Gran Turismo mode, it doesn’t work in license tests and rally races.
