Actually I dont either. But I have tried the code you pasted and that does not work either. Is there any way to make this code? My skill points are still like 1, 1, ,1 , 4. Basically meaning they arent 9999 each at all. I really need a code for this

Are you sure you are making the pnach correctly and have the cheats enabled?
Those codes are exactly for the NTSC version of the game.

Umm Yea, because all my other codes work for that game like a charm. Is there any way you could come up with a code or something?

EDIT: One thing, It is quite tough to use cheat engine on this sort of thing since the value changes on the Skill points take a very long time in game to change. It can take 2 --3 hours of grinding to get a1 skill level up and that is highly impractical for the use of creating codes using cheat engine by narrowing down addresses which modify certain "skill point" values. But there has to be some other way right?

I don't have that game but on 3 sites the code for Max Skill Points is the same(different encryption but when decrypted,it becomes the same)

So there is no way that this code can be activated on PCSX2 right now?

It's one of those:
1.The code is not correct or it just don't work on pcsx2.
2.Maybe you need the master code too

Unfortunately its the worst case scenario. Number 1 it doesnt work on pcsx2.

If I were to try to make a code for this how would I go about it.

Don't have the game(not a single Digimon game)so I don't know anything about it(what those points actually do,how you get them,are they per digimon and tons of other questions)

One thing though does anyone know anyone or possibly refer me to someone or something that could hlep me find or make a code for this?
